The word Alchemist has a rich history tied to many early Greek scholars. The early Alchemists were able to create gold from anything. The word Alchemist has since then formed into a person who creates something through a seemingly magical process. We do this in the way of creating our own liquid gold in the form of a cocktail.

Amaranto food truck brings authentic Italian food with a twist, it’s all gluten free. Everything from the popular pizzelle (deep fried sourdough pizza) to the pasta and the desserts. Fresh, seasonal and free range ingredients are at the base of the preparations and everything is made from scratch. Where possible Italian and organic ingredients are used to maintain the most authentic flavour. Amaranto recipes are a taste of family tradition with the innovation of being completely gluten-free.

Cassels Brewing Co. is a family owned, award winning Craft Beer Brewery, located in Christchurch, New Zealand.

At Citizen, our mission is to stop needless food waste. We rescue foods that would otherwise go to waste, and upcycle them into delicious food and drink.
Our craft beers are made using rescued unsold bread. Our sourdough loaves are made using spent-grain flour from our brewing process. Our Piquette is made with leftover winemaking grapes. And our newest beverage, CHERRY BOMB CIDER, is made with rescued Central Otago cherries.

Like any decent band from the 90’s, the Cowabunga team honed their skills in garages over the last ten years. A passion for good beer, as well as a shared interest in music, pop culture and video games, brought more friends into the garage. In 2021 they’ve taken things to the next level, and are the new player in the Auckland beer game. Cowabunga!

Our OTU Wine Estate brings together a unique, sea-swept terroir set at the edge of the Southern Ocean – where the ancient Otuwhero River runs through the lower valleys of Marlborough New Zealand – with an expert group of passionate people drawn from around the world of wine.
The ancient Otuwhero River, gives our wine its name, and is fed by melting snows from surrounding mountain peaks. This provides our OTU estate with seams of rich alluvial gravels that rise through our silt and clay soils – delivering bold minerality, intensity and ripe opulence to our wines.

This ‘Beer Dream Team’ started planning their own brewery years ago but officially opened the doors in June 2017. After debating on towns to settle down in, this kiwi/Aussie duo landed on Wanaka, Otago as the location for their brewery and bar.

Sawmill is an independent, New Zealand owned brewery run by a small and talented team led by Mike Sutherland and Kirsty McKay.
We appreciate our place. This raw landscape has a bearing on everything we do and people here are resourceful, creative and hardworking.
We brew just out of Matakana in a paddock tucked under Mt Tamahunga. Sawmill beer is very firmly of this place. It is beer with roots.
